Isla Mujeres Punta Sur Elopement | Kristin + Josh

You don’t always need a celebrant to officiate your ceremony. It can be just the two of you! This is exactly what Kristin and Josh wanted to do. Write vows to each other and read them together in a beautiful setting. That setting was the cliffs of Isla Mujeres’ south point…Punta Sur.

They didn’t have a specific place selected in advance for their special ceremony, but when they reached what I call ‘wave point’ they knew this would be the spot. I love this spot! It’s my favorite for marriage proposals and it’s a perfect location for tying the knot also!

After they read their vows to each other, we continue to explore the cliffs of Punta Sue and take photos along the way.

I love that Kristin and Josh did something different and so special. The island is now part of their love story!
