This fabulous couple have been together for ten years and have been doing a long-distance relationship for this entire time. If you can do that and still be together, you can weather any storm!

I first met up with Nicole and Colby at their hotel, the boutique and colorful Villa La Bella. We started here with photos and then jumped in a taxi and headed to the south point of the island, Punta Sur. “Cliff of the Dawn” is the first part of the country to be touched by the sun’s rays every morning, so it’s a very special location. The winds were a bit crazy that day, but it made for some incredibly dramatic waves in the Caribbean blue sea! After some photos around the cliffs and sea walk, we made our way to their ceremony spot which was an intimate overlook. Sabina performed a magical ceremony which culminated in a flower petal offering into the sea. After their ceremony, they cheered with some champagne.

After our time at Punta Sur, we headed over to Mar Bella, an incredibly yummy and fresh seafood restaurant on the beach. We finished up with photos at sunset and then they sat down to a romantic dinner. You can’t get more romantic than this!
